I have found that there are a few members here but no one is talking, so lets fix this.  Hows it goin everybody.  Things are great here in Menomonie WI, getting kinda cold now, but you know. 

Went for a drive the other day on some back roads here and man was that fun.  Flying through the gears, just me, my car, my girl and the road.  We were gone for about an hour, took some pics and went for the ride.  My car really supprised me, its bone stock and it handled awesome!  I'm sure some of you, if not most of you, have pushed your car to the limit once or twice so you know what i'm talking about.  Cant wait to upgrade my suppension, its on the list.  I don't care much for the whole top end thing, but man i love corners and sweeping turns any day.  Kinda givin thought to taking my car auto crossing down the road.  We'll see....

I remember just takin my tib (03 V6) out for a ride, oh how i miss that so much :( but I had to do what i had to do (sold it over a year ago) . With the moon roof out, windows down, going down a secondary road just hugging the curves, but on a lighter side lol, me and my wife have just celibrated our second anniversary and we went to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg in Tennessee and when we arrived we didn't know a car show was going on. It was nothing but Hot Rods for miles & miles & miles, it was pretty sweet. 

Congrats on your anniversary.  Man I love hot rods, real hot rods and mild customs, none of that street rodder thing.  They're my true passion.  My good friend has a '55 Plymouth and boy is it fun to roll around in that thing.  I've only ever seen one, maybe two other '55s, and they were restored.  His ain't.  I'll post a pic of it in my photos.  And when you see it, yes its that low all the time.  Its so low, that when you drive it down the road it scraps on the crown in the road, or you can't drive over a 2x4 when its laying so its only 1.75 inches tall without draging it for awhile.  Went to "Back to the 50s" the past two years and we were the only car like it.  Plus we roll in my other buddies '55 chevy 4 door sedan.  There so much fun.  I've got my eye on '52 chevy out in Iowa, but i doubt I'll ever follow up on it.

Yup the drive is going to be awesome!The leaves are starting to fall and the colors are incredible this time of year.Any road,anywhere will be a blast.And the nice crisp air,and the fall winds make's you want to drive with the roof open the windows down.Only thing that ruins it all for me is it 's that much closer for me to be parking the Tiburon for the winter.I know it's a good thing to do so I will keep my head high and have fun with the 4x4(he he).Larrs
