i dont know much about the differences between a power chip or a ecu tunner or a power programer but ive been trying to look them up for my 07 i4 tib and none are for the 07. most are for the 03-06 gt. if anyone has any info on how i can find the right chip or can explain the difference between the chips please tell me. thanks

Not sure if you'll be able to see this if you're in the states but here's a chip I found on ebay for 03-08 and for both engines sizes. I'm actually planning on getting an 08 i4 in a few months, I was wanting to hold out for a Genesis coupe but apparently they're going to be up in the 50 k range.
